Add support for keyboard-oriented flow

I love to do as much as possible using just a keyboard.

Let's look at adding time entry flow - what i would love to have is something like this:

• I'm automatically moved to the "What did you work on?" input
• I can write let's say dai and i'll get a small autocomplete popup suggesting list of historical entries called daily in several projects
• I can choose from that list one historical entry - the project, tags and billable fields would instantly be populated from that historical entry
• I can then (still in the original input) type @pro and similar popup suggests a list of projects starting with "pro". I can select one and the project is populated with that selected one (input removes the @pro automatically). Same for tags, using # instead of @.

This is the only thing i really miss from toggl and would love to see here.

I'm open to prepare a PR with that, but i need to be clear that while i have quite long programming background - PHP is not my stack. So my flow would be AI heavy (of course in acceptable boundries)
