Ashby Jobs is an open-source job discovery and tracking platform built to make finding relevant opportunities easier and more reliable.

It collects public job listings from platforms such as Ashby, Lever, and Greenhouse, detects changes over time, discovers new company job boards, and ranks opportunities based on relevance, location, remote preferences, department, and freshness.

The project includes:

• A self-hosted scraper
• PostgreSQL storage
• Scheduled job updates
• Daily reports
• Intelligent job relevance scoring
• A Next.js web interface for searching, filtering, applying, and tracking jobs
