Start directly from the v3.0.1 release commit. Group the complete user WHERE predicate before applying the proprietary constraint; reject unsupported query shapes and check every referenced table before selecting the protected query path. Bind cookie user IDs for Oracle and PostgreSQL and remove request credential dumps. Only the server environment may enable request debugging. Keep the 3.0.1 configuration format, dependency declarations, async behavior, and protocol responses outside the security restrictions. Bump release metadata to 3.0.2 and include focused regression coverage and private-fork deployment instructions. No 3.1 compatibility modules are included. Validation: all 144 tests pass against both the source checkout and the installed source package; new test files pass ruff; git diff --check passes. The source package builds its existing native extension successfully. Live Oracle replica and NEA production comparisons remain separate checks.
Brings the v3.0.2 hotfix history into the 3.1 line. develop already has the hotfix's code (ported in #35), so conflicts keep develop's version. HOTFIX-3.0.2.md and its MANIFEST.in entry are 3.0.2-only and are dropped. Version strings in Sphinx/conf.py and the tap.py debug banner now read 3.1.0.
