Port
@yielded/josewith its public modules, schemas, tagged errors, and compact token formats preserved. Replace@yielded/cryptowith internal Web Crypto adapters and Effect Crypto for randomness; signing and verification no longer require a crypto layer.Use Effect's tooling and workflows from
74d19304, including its private lint/documentation/bundle/API comparison tools, Node/Bun/Deno matrix, strict declaration build, snapshots, release queue, and staged npm promotion. Repository-specific changes select the JOSE package and fixtures and omit Effect's website and unrelated product integrations. Public API examples are executable and ship with the package.Protected GitHub environments and production release credentials/trusted publishers still require admin configuration or verification; the current account has
MAINTAIN, so GitHub rejects environment configuration.
