Uneventful: globals 17.13.0 → 17.14.0 is a lockfile-only minor bump. The upstream release is just the periodic globals data refresh (2026-11-01), with no API, engine (node >=18) or peer changes. The new globals can only add or adjust identifiers in the lint config, so the worst case is a lint difference, not a break. Security and lint-adjacent checks are green. Typecheck and Storybook accessibility were still running when I reviewed, but nothing here touches them.
