The footer printed rxiv-maker | in white on every page. Hidden-text and prompt-injection scanners flag white-on-white text, so rxiv-maker papers could look as if they hide instructions. This removes the mark and sets the PDF Creator field to rxiv-maker through hyperref. Bumps the version to 1.25.5.

White-on-white footer text tripped hidden-text and prompt-injection scanners. The generator now appears as the PDF Creator field via hyperref.
