Changes

Run ja require -u to update Jig to 0.17.0, Jist to 0.5.4, and Jdocserver to 0.4.4.
Refresh the application and test dependency hashes.

Validation

Built native launchers and installed a local Ja build.
Linked a fresh development JDK using the CI script.
ja test --all: all 406 tests passed with the freshly built Ja runtime.
git diff --check passed.
