Hi, I'm Nico 👋

I lead, write, build, and actually ship things — Support Lead at Automattic by day, maker of small, sharp, occasionally silly things the rest of the time.

GitHub is where the building part happens: small tools, automation scripts, and the occasional data project.

What I'm writing

Short essays at BUT. Honestly on leadership, programming, and the web. The real work, not the hype.
