The beeware-tutorial hasn't been synced from Weblate since August 30th as mentioned by @freakboy3742 in the issue.
The fix required editing .github/workflows/translate.yml. I replaced translate.yml from translate.yml which had the same issue and has already been fixed. However instead of completely copying, I changed the component name from website to tutorial and repository name from beeware.github.io to beeware-tutorial in the copied translate.yml to match the repository.
