• Add bart-prepare-run and file-only prepare-run/validate-run commands to preserve a frozen case, APK provenance, setup authority, and readiness evidence in a separate run. Missing checks produce specific blockers, not a product verdict.
• Validate retained hashes, normalized input, and the generated summary so edits cannot silently change starting conditions or reset authority. Document Claude/device checks and inspected capture with Clawperator 0.12.2; workflow development and product verification remain later phases.
• Validation: Node 24.21.0 types/build passed; 100 tests passed, one optional skip; security scan and all five commit signatures passed. Fresh full-branch review found no material issues. The saved Pixel 10 Pro preparation validates as ready; device observations are historical and require rechecking before execution.
