Closes: N/A (no issue filed; found while following the quickstart)

The x/crisis module was removed from Gaia in v25 (its store is deleted in the v25.0.0 upgrade, and #4121 cleaned up the last references). With it, the --x-crisis-skip-assert-invariants flag and the gaiad tx crisis command are gone. The docs still tell operators to start their node with that flag, which fails on a current build:

$ gaiad start --x-crisis-skip-assert-invariants
Error: unknown flag: --x-crisis-skip-assert-invariants

Changes:

• getting-started/quickstart.md and hub-tutorials/join-mainnet.md: gaiad start --x-crisis-skip-assert-invariants becomes gaiad start (four occurrences).
• hub-tutorials/join-mainnet.md: drop the "Verify Mainnet" section and its TOC entry, since it only described invariant checks and the gaiad tx crisis invariant-broken command.
• modules/README.md: remove x/crisis from the module list.
• governance/proposal-types/param-change.md: remove the note about not being able to query crisis params.

Verified locally: grep -rn crisis docs/docs is empty, and plain gaiad start on a fresh single-node chain built from main produces blocks.
