Some of the data for the integration tests has been adapted to accommodate the new RO-Crate validator. The example ro-crate is bumped to version 1.3, the ro-crate base profile removed and alpha-crate requirements changed so that there are no clashing requirements with the existing ro-crate profiles bundled with the roc-validator.

Documentation has been updated to reflect that new default ro-crate profile is 1.3.
