Cross Platform Conan Recipes

Too cross-platform and stable for conan-center.

Tested on the following x86_64 targets.

• Fedora 43 (LLVM 21.1.6 and GCC 15.2)
• macOS 15.7 (LLVM 21.1.8 and XCode 26.2)
• RHEL 8 GCC 8.5 + SCL (GCC 9.2, GCC 10.3, GCC 11.2, GCC 12.2, GCC 13.3, GCC 14.2, GCC 15.2) + LLVM 20.1.8
• RHEL 9 GCC 11.4 + SCL (GCC 12.2, GCC 13.2, GCC 14.2) + LLVM 20.1.8
• RHEL 10 GCC 14.3 + SCL GCC 15.1 + LLVM 20.1.8
• Windows 11 25H2 (MSVC 2022 and MSVC 2026)
