Description

Adds functional MetaCall chat support with rule-based responses, persistent message history, and reset capabilities. Removes stray JSX, adds unit coverage for chat and PlanPage, and introduces Playwright coverage for deployment ZIP uploads, function navigation, and deployment deletion.
