Bug - labels partial background render #323

At times we see labels that don't fully apply the background until hovered. For example:

I don't have a simple reproducer but it happens on the Kiali Mesh page quite often. I think it is limited to group labels. Hovering over the group also solves the problem.

What is your environment?

  • seen on various versions of Fedora, no other OS tested
• Browser:
  • seems independent of browser. Seen on Chrome and FF
