Summary

Updates the hybrid-with-external-minter token-pool changeset to accept explicit group names (LOCK_AND_RELEASE and BURN_AND_MINT) instead of numeric values, making deployment payloads easier to read and review.

Uses a plain string input and converts validated names to the numeric values required by the contract. No custom YAML or JSON decoding is introduced. Numeric inputs are intentionally no longer supported.
