feat: Enable WebMCP for Turborepo docs

Description

Enable Geistdocs WebMCP for documentation search and reading the current page. Add the MCP route adapter and reuse the existing search handler. The optional Ask AI tool remains disabled.

Testing Instructions

Verified against the local Next.js dev server:

• The WebMCP bridge returned HTTP 200 with JavaScript that includes search_docs.
• MCP tools/list returned search_docs.
• Calling search_docs with query caching and locale en returned nonempty results without isError.

Browser-level registration and read_current_page remain unverified because no WebMCP-capable browser tool is installed.
