Reject invalid Kinesis stream attributes before JSON fallback.

When X-P-Stream cannot be converted to an HTTP header, extract_kinesis_headers returns before inserting LOG_SOURCE_KEY. With valid independent authorization, the request then uses default_logs and LogSource::Json. The valid Kinesis envelope can be stored as one ordinary JSON record, so records[*].data is not base64-decoded into Kinesis records.

Return and propagate a header error instead of silently returning.

Review comment at @src/handlers/http/middleware.rs around lines 312 - 327:
Update extract_kinesis_headers to return a header error when X-P-Stream cannot
be converted, and propagate that error from its caller so the request is
rejected instead of falling through to JSON handling.
